Hotels In The Caribbean, Luxury Or Not? Jun 18

Relaxation is the main reason anyone goes to the Caribbean, we just need to have enough money to go here. This is our chance to enjoy the life of those pesky celebrities and experience what they do for a short period of time. The Caribbean is one of their favourite hotspots as well. There is Johnny Depp, Amy Winehouse and Orlando Bloom, and they often come here. Some of the big named celebrities do also have residences in the Caribbean, making holidays for them pretty easy.

Anyway back to what we do and what we go to the Caribbean for. Isn’t it clear, the beaches and the weather are the most attractive aspects of these areas? Then our main decision comes down to which hotel is our favourite. Many people describe the Caribbean holiday as the luxury holiday of the world, when in actuality this isn’t really all that true. There is a cost attached to the term “luxury holiday”, but this cost doesn’t seem to appear in the Caribbean. There are so many other places that are much more expensive, resorts in the Maldives, Africa and Australia charge so much more.

The Le Sport St Lucia body holiday hotel is one of the most respected in the Caribbean. St Lucia is often regarded as one of the more expensive places to go on holiday. This is a very pleasant and attractive 4.5 star resort for around 900 pounds (1200 Dollars) per person that you can’t really be missing out. This is one of the most amazing hotels in the world, purely because the staff here are dedicated to making sure that your body is having the best time. There will be no boredom here, with so many different activities and the great amount of personal trainers, including masseuses as well.

There are several other hotels like this including the Almond Beach Village and the La Source Grenada, all of which cater for all of their customers needs. If you want to be able to relax, and then at any moment go and do something outrageous, then this is great for you!

Barbados - A Caribbean Vacation Dream Apr 19

The name given to a tiny island paradise in the Eastern Caribbean by explorers from Portugal was Barbados. This name was derived from tress on the island that looked like they had long beards known as the bearded fig tree. Today Barbados is one of the most developed islands in the region, and a Barbados vacation has something to offer everyone, from all-inclusive getaways to unrivaled water sports and recreation, from historical landscapes and fascinating landmarks, to old forts and photogenic ruins. English is the official language of Barbados is English, although the locals speak Bajan–a creole language derived from English.

High end Barbados luxury hotels are found on the beachfronts of both the South and West coasts of the island. The West Coast tranquil beaches welcome high-end holiday visitors, including jet-setters and celebrities, who flock to former private villas that have been converted into hotels and condos. On the Southern Coast of the island you will find a large number of hotels and vacation rentals that are affordable. Many of these are located along this coast’s white sandy beaches or within a very short walking distance. There is a wonderful stretch of coastal road that connects accommodations and beaches together. This makes your daily travels a breeze and quite picturesque. The East coast of the island is quite different from the other coasts as its seas are quite dangerous for the avid seabather or swimmer and its land it quite hilly and twisting. However it is a hot spoot for both local and visiting surfers as well as avid hikers.

The interior highlands of Central Barbaros are sprawled over lush green limestone hills, peppered with old plantation homes-turned-museums, botanic gardens displaying the biological richness and diversity of this island.
days winding around small roads far from the hustle crowds of the west and south coasts. This is a perfect setting for several days of calm and relaxed exploration of tiny winding roads and little villages amidst some of the most beautiful natural vistas on Earth.

There is more than nature, waves, and sand in Barbados. The capital of the island is known as Bridgetown and it is the most lively city on the island. There are many activitives to take part in here, such as sightseeing ancient Caribbean and English buildings and monuments, while taking in some of the island capital’s unique culture. The locals are very lovely people always willing to help out travelers, so there is never a feeling of unwelcome. U.S. Virgin Islands : Don’t Miss Out On A Trip To St. John Apr 14

The U.S. Virgin Islands attract millions of tourists every year. They offer all of the luxury and beauty of the Caribbean, but with the security and safety that comes with being under the jurisdiction of the U.S. Of the three major U.S. Virgin Islands, St. John tends to get the least attention, but this is because it has resisted the temptation to overdevelop and commercialize itself, and not because it is a less desirable destination than St. Croix or St. Thomas.

If you want a relaxing time in the U.S. Virgin Islands, and to immerse yourself in natural and unspoilt surroundings, then St. John stands out as the obvious choice. With around two-thirds of the Island designated as National Park, it is the most undeveloped, easygoing and laid back of the large U.S. Virgin Islands. However, that is not to say that it is the ‘boring’ choice. There is a lot to do and see there if you want to spend a day away from one of its many beautiful beaches.

Of special note, and something which is not to be missed, is the Virgin Islands National Park, which offers visitors a special opportunity to enjoy and appreciate the beautiful natural resources of the island. It includes hiking trails and a wonderful range of wildlife, some of which is unique to the Island. The beaches within the National Park, which are open to the public, are amongst the best to be found anywhere in the U.S. Virgin Islands, and there are enough of them for you to visit a different one on each day of your stay.

Staying in either Cruz Bay or Coral Bay, which are the two main towns on the Island, allows easy access to restaurants and shops. There are lots of hotels and resorts to choose from, which range from the quaint to the extremely lavish. Booking early is always advisable as finding somewhere to stay at the last minute is normally impossible.

Luxury resorts tend to be the preferred choice as you will be treated like royalty throughout your stay. Most lead directly on to the beach, offer amazing views, and provide full guest services. You literally would not have to leave your resort if you did not want to, and lots of people do not! For those seeking tranquility and seclusion, there are few places in the world that can match it.

Egypt holds children in hospital for fear of Swine Flu! Dec 17

The world is still being attacked by Swine Flu. It was coming to that point where, we all thought that the Swine Flu epidemic was starting to end. Now Swine Flu has reached practically every corner of the planet, and is still taking lives. It is now that people are only really starting to realise that Swine Flu is here to stay for a while to come, what they want to know is what symptoms are on their way?

There are a few symptoms that are clearly distinguishable from the common flu and Swine Flu. It is said that if you have Swine Flu, there will be no questioning it, you will know about it. Flu has a way of slowly moving its way through your immune system and makes its climax after a couple of days. Swine Flu acts much quicker, making the victim feel extremely bad in a short amount of time. The Symptoms that you get with Swine Flu are very much the same as those that you get from the Common Flu, such as Back aches and muscle ache, Nausea. The biggest and most noticeable difference in these Flu’s is that the Swine Flu one is much, much worse, all of the symptoms you would normally experience are terribly exacerbated.

Tourism is once again being dealt a blow due to the Swine Flu Virus. School half term has just passed, and so have the holiday rushes that come with it, but it was not quite so pleasant for some travelling to Egypt, suspected of having Swine Flu. These people have described their experiences as harrowing, and the place they were taken to to be a “hell hole”. Before the tourists even knew it, armed guards were alerted to the Childrens body heat as being “high”, and they were bundled into ambulances and taken to a nearby hospital. Swine Flu won’t be vacating the premises or leaving the building at any time soon, it will be a virus that hangs around and will either fade quickly at some point, or hang around for years.

Egypt holidays have received a bit of a smashing recently; Caribbean holidays ,also St Lucia holidays have shown to be very promising through the Swine Flu era.
